Typhoon-weary Filipinos hit 1.8 million

Typhoons 'Nika,' 'Ofel,' and 'Pepito' affected 1.8 million people nationwide, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDDRMC) reported on Tuesday. In its latest situation report, the disaster agency indicated that 453,809 individuals remain in evacuation centers, while 163,527 are staying elsewhere. Additionally, twenty-five people have reportedly been injured due to the three tropical cyclones.
