MVP Group brings holiday cheer with ‘Merry ang Vibes ng Pasko’

The MVP Group of Companies, led by Manuel V. Pangilinan, brought joy and inspiration to Filipino families this Christmas with its “Merry ang Vibes ng Pasko” campaign.

The initiative featured a donation drive to support relief efforts for communities affected by recent typhoons. The campaign culminated in a grand Christmas party held on Dec. 12 at the Araneta Coliseum, with participation from PLDT, Smart, Meralco, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Mediaquest Holdings, Cignal TV, TV5, Philippine Star, Maynilad, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Metro Pacific Health, Philex Mining, Landco Pacific Corporation, and various foundations under the MVP Group.

The campaign celebrated the courage and resilience of MVP Group frontliners who have been dedicated to providing essential services, particularly in electricity and water, throughout the pandemic and recent typhoons. Their inspiring stories highlighted the Group’s commitment to the Filipino people.

The MVP Group Christmas Party featured performances from Maja Salvador, Apl.de.Ap, Sarah Geronimo, and Bamboo, along with stars from TV5 and MediaQuest, including Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey De Leon, Willie Revillame, Senator Raffy Tulfo, Korina Sanchez-Roxas, Aga, Charlene, Atasha Muhlach, Martin Nievera, and Carlos Yulo.

Over 8,000 attendees enjoyed a night filled with live entertainment and heartfelt stories, emphasizing the Group’s nation-building efforts and initiatives that uplift the lives of Filipinos.

“We are thankful to bring together our companies to share the spirit of Christmas with our fellow Filipinos,” said Pangilinan. “‘Merry ang Vibes ng Pasko’ is a celebration of our shared values, our gratitude for our frontliners, and our continued mission to serve our communities.”

The event airs in two parts, the second part will air on Dec. 22 at 5:30 p.m. on TV5, One PH, Sari Sari, and Buko, with catch-up episodes on RPTV at 10:00 p.m.
