P-pop girl group BINI’s Aiah has finally spoken up about the recent incidents of fans violating her and her fellow members’ personal space while in public areas.
In a statement shared on her Instagram stories, Aiah said that there had been several instances of fans who would impede on her private and personal time.
“Some would directly run up to me, grab a photo (even while I was eating), post it in real-time, use my face and post it on pages or places for the sake of clout and publicity without my consent, and worse, some would even include the real-time location, which I don’t think is safe,” she said.
While she was thankful for their support, she hoped that fans would treat her and the rest of BINI with respect as human beings.
Following their three-day BINIverse concert last June 28 to 30, BINI members finally had their well-deserved break. However, several videos of fans disturbing them in public circulated online, causing an uproar among other fans who disapproved of such behavior.
In response, Star Magic Head Lauren Dyogi called on fans to respect the privacy and personal space of the members.
