This corner features pets of animal lovers every week. We hope new owners and those thinking of getting a pet will be encouraged to be responsible “furparents” through these features. We also hope more people will be moved to be kind to animals when they read about the great relationship that can be created between humans and animals.
CHESTER is a cute, intelligent and lovable cat, says owner Joy Gallarpe.
He sleeps wih Joy and wakes her up when he needs to pee.
He also knows what time Joy will come home from work, and will wait at the door for her.
“He is my stress reliever like my five dogs and three cats,” Joy says.
Joy adds “Behave at napagsasabihan ko sya kapag hindi na ok ang ginagawa nya”
“We call him “patabaing baboy” because photo he will sleep immediately after eating and then he will play,” Joy says.
BASTIE, a small but big-on-love dog, was adopted by the family of Julie Rodriguez in February, 2015.
“Ever since he came into our life, our family became closer, “Julie says.
Who would have thought this healthy, sweet and fun-loving boy is actually a survivor of two deadly diseases parvo and leptospirosis? He is a fighter indeed, this Bastie.
“We promised that we will take care of him until he gets old because we love him so much,” Julie says.
“All four of us can fit it in here, Mommy!” These are just four of the many kittens rescued by animal lover Tet Santos.
