It started at 11:45 pm and was put out by firemen from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) after two hours.
BFP says, the incident started from the home of flower vendor Carla Tejedor.
Her six-year-old son and another kid were using a candle when Carla left.
The children survived the fire.
Firefighters say, the candle or illegal electrical connection may have caused the incident.
