The Philippine Air Force (PAF) said on Sunday that its high trust and satisfaction ratings reflect its commitment to operational excellence.
“The latest ratings reflect the Air Force’s consistent efforts to enhance operational excellence, foster community engagement, and effectively address national security and development priorities,” said PAF Acting Spokesperson Col. Rifiel Santiago Sotto.
“These record-high ratings and strong public support validate the PAF’s commitment to being a credible and agile force, responsive to national and regional security needs. They also affirm the Air Force’s essential contributions to sovereignty protection, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and peacebuilding,” he continued.
The PAF achieved a public trust and approval record of 73% net trust rating and a 71% net satisfaction rating in the fourth-quarter 2024 Tugon ng Masa survey conducted by OCTA Research.
Looking ahead to 2025, Sotto said that the PAF plans to build on these achievements by further enhancing its capabilities, strengthening community engagement, and upholding transparency and operational excellence to remain a trusted partner in national security and development.
