Today’s hottest and trending band, Cup of Joe, will be staging a live concert at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City on Feb. 9 and 10.
Titled Seatbelts On!, the show will feature vocalists Gian Bernardino and Raphaell Ridao, keyboardist Xen Gareza, lead guitarist Gab Fernandez, bassist Sevii Severino, and guitarist CJ Fernandez performing all the songs that gained them millions of streams, views, and followers not only here in the Philippines but also in other countries.
The band is set to perform its chart-topping single “Tingin,” along with the enchanting collaboration with Janine Teñoso. Cup of Joe was born when its members decided to record a song that would serve as a souvenir of their senior year in high school, anticipating that they would not be seeing each other often in college. That song was “Nag-iisang Muli,” which, to the band’s surprise, was named Best Regional Song at the MOR Music Awards in 2019. Although all members are now busy with college studies, they continue recording their own music and creating hits.
