DMCI Homes, Marubeni post P4-b sales from Ortigas project

DMCI Homes, in partnership with Japan’s Marubeni Corp. has announced that their joint venture project has reached P4 billion in reservation sales.

This milestone underscores the strong market interest and demand for their property offerings.

Since its January 2024 launch up to June, this year, The Valeron has sold 343 or 29 percent of the 1,191 launched units.
