Megaworld Corporation on Wednesday posted photos of the three-bedroom condo unit in McKinley Hill that it awarded to Filipino gymnast Carlos Yulo for winning two gold medals at the recently concluded 2024 Paris Olympics.
Spanning 100 square meters, the unit is fully furnished and already designed with home appliances.
These include a refrigerator, microwave oven, four-burner cooktop with oven, washing and drying machines, four smart televisions, and a video game console.
A standout piece is the custom-made nesting coffee table that bears a replica of the Olympic gold medal.
From the living room and the master’s bedroom, Yulo can access two balconies that “offer views of the township and the rest of the property.”
Additionally, the unit comes with a parking slot and its own maid’s room complete with a toilet and bath.
