Solon discloses multiple projects lined up for Isabela 2nd district

Isabela Rep. Ed Christopher Go has disclosed multiple projects he lined up for the second legislative district of the province.

Rep. Go advocated for local economic growth and community progress by amending the national budget to allow funding for local infrastructure projects.

“With these efforts, I want to ensure that no one is left behind,” Go said.

The lawmaker revealed plans to build a sports complex each in the municipalities of Benito Soliven, Gamu, Naguillian, Reina Mercedes, Palanan, and San Mariano meant to provide accessible physical activity opportunities for all skill levels, fostering healthier, happier, safer, and stronger communities through various recreational activities.

The sports facilities will also serve as a training area for young people to participate in sports and other activities offered by each town, he said.

He also said a wellness center for senior citizens will be built throughout the second district, complete with a swimming pool, fitness room, lobby area, and a variety of other amenities to provide comfort to seniors.

As part of his GO Serbisyo program, complimentary trips will be provided to the elderly so that they can use the facilities.

In addition, new structures will be built or refurbish existing ones in the barangays to provide community services.

Go bared his other initiatives in the municipality of Benito Soliven include the bypass road, the construction of the Maluno Sur Bridge, and the construction of the municipal hall in barangay District 2, as well as the construction of Pinacanauan River Control in Yeban Sur, Barangay Maluno Sur, an access road in Barangay Lucban, and the completion of the Multi-Purpose Building at Villa Lucban Elementary School, Barangay Ara, Balliao, Binogtungan, Sta. Cruz. barangay San Francisco, and barangay District in Benito Soliven.
