The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has seized P45.68 billion worth of illegal drugs from July 1, 2022 to June 30 this year.
Among the haul were 5,945.67 kilos of shabu, 74.60 kilos of cocaine, 105,873 pieces of ecstasy and 5,064.68 kilos of marijuana.
The total number of arrested drug personalities reached 101,757, while at least 6,508 high-value targets were nabbed.
PDEA said the number of drug-cleared barangays stood at 28,243, while 7,268 barangays are still drug-affected.
One clandestine laboratory and 1,053 drug dens were dismantled.
In this third State of the Nation Address on Monday, President Marcos pledged to continue the bloodless campaign against illegal drugs in the country.
Mr. Marcos said extermination will never be a part of his administration’s anti-drug campaign.
