CSC discloses results of career service tests

Examinees from the National Capital Region and the Southern Luzon Region have emerged on top of the professional and subprofessional levels, respectively, of the career service examinations held last March 24.

Civil Service Commission (CSC) chairman Karlo Nograles announced that a total of 57,683 individuals, or 17.20 percent, passed the exams. Of the 297,952 candidates who took the CSE Professional Level, 51,311 passed, resulting in a passing rate of 17.22 percent.

On the other hand, 6,372 out of 37,433 examinees passed the Subprofessional Level, for a passing rate of 17.02 percent.

Viron Gil A. Estrada from the NCR mustered the highest score in the Professional Level, with a rating of 97.30 while Mia Kimberly F. Noche from Region IV led the Subprofessional Level with a top rating of 97.24.

"Congratulations once again to all who passed, and a special commendation to the top performers. Your hard work has paid off, bringing you one step closer to joining the ranks of our 1.9 million dedicated civil servants nationwide,” Nograles said.
