TikTok is launching the TikTok Change Makers Program, its first global social impact creator elevation initiative. This program highlights creators and non-profits driving community change through TikTok.

Participants in the program will receive support to grow their communities, reach new audiences, and gain real-world opportunities with dedicated tools, resources, and donations to non-profits.

To kick off, TikTok is unveiling its inaugural list of 50 global TikTok Change Makers. These purpose-driven creators inspire and educate their communities, driving collective change both on and off TikTok.

Among the Change Makers is Celine Murillo (@celinemurillo_), a photographer, filmmaker, and environmentalist. She creates content showcasing the Philippines’ rich biodiversity to inspire environmental protection. Her work on native trees and the “Boom Tarat Tarat” bird underscores her conservation efforts.

“Humans are part of the natural world – I hope to remind people of this through my stories and content promoting Philippine biodiversity,” said Murillo.

TikTok unites creators, non-profits, and businesses to support, raise awareness, and fund worthy causes. With over 50,000 posts under #TikTokforGood, the community’s impact is evident.

Through the Change Makers Grant, TikTok is donating over $1 million to 30+ non-profits. Each Change Maker will receive a $25,000 donation to support their advocacies and enhance their impact.

“The TikTok global community harnesses creative self-expression to drive positive impact by rallying support, raising awareness, and advocating for causes they care about. We’re proud to launch the TikTok Change Makers Program to help social impact creators and non-profits reach more communities, unlock opportunities, and bring about lasting change,” said Kim Farrell, Head of Creators, TikTok.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with TikTok on the TikTok Change Makers Program. This initiative empowers ASEAN youth to address crucial issues like well-being, sustainability, and community impact. Together, we’re leveraging creativity to drive advocacy and amplify youth voices, inspiring positive change in communities,” said Dr. Piti Srisangnam, Executive Director of ASEAN Foundation.
