A top housing developer in Central Luzon is introducing its first vertical mass housing development in Limay, Bataan. The initiative will be part of the ongoing Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH) of the Marcos administration.

FIESTA Communities, Inc. is working on this in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), and the local government of Bataan.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held last Thursday, Sept. 5, at Barangay San Francisco de Asis I in Limay, Bataan. The firm’s top executives together with representatives from DHSUD, Pag-IBIG, municipal and provincial government officials attended the event.

The neighborhood will be called 1Bataan Village by FIESTA Communities based on the official project name and logo unveiled at the Limay Sports Complex.

Lawyer and Hausland Group Chief Executive Officer Christopher Ryan Tan and Limay Municipal Mayor Nelson David signed a Memorandum of Agreement to solidify their commitment in developing the project aimed at providing affordable housing for Bataan residents.

The project has a total land area of 7,992 square meters and can accommodate up to 508 housing units with 22 and 25 square meter variants. Amenities include an entrance gate, pavilion, basketball court, parking spaces, and lounges.
