Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and Bayugan City Mayor Kirk Asis enjoy a quick ride in the ubiquitous trisikad, Bayugan City’s popular means of public transportation. The small motorbike taxi is an affordable and convenient way for locals to go around the city. The trisikads were bedecked in Love the Philippines decals, showing their readiness to welcome delegates of the Philippine Experience Program (PEP) Caraga.
