The Department of Transportation reports a 15-perent construction progress at the Metro Manila Subway. Three tunnel boring machines have been deployed to dig the Valenzuela to NAIA underground railway, while another machine has just arrived to begin construction works at the Camp Crame Station, according to the Department of Transportation.
