The office of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) represented by Social Welfare Officer Rammilyn Majarilla and Speaker’s Office district coordinator Cyril Malinao, leads the rollout of the Cash and Rice Distribution (CARD) program reaching some 1,000 beneficiaries at the covered court of Barangay 94, Tigbao, Tacloban City, Leyte. Following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive, Speaker Romualdez continues to deliver public service to support various sectors of society struggling with daily expenses and the cost of living. Each of the beneficiaries received P5,000 cash and P1,000 worth of rice.
