Virginia Rodriguez, president of the charitable organization Act Agri-Kaagapay sa Kaunlaran, celebrates her birthday at the Center for Health Improvement and Life Development (CHILD) Haus in Manila to share the joyous occasion with the facility’s indigent young patients afflicted with cancer. Also present during the event are Manila Vice Mayor Yul Servo and prominent hairdresser, businessman and philanthropist Ricky Reyes.
