The Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association Inc., in collaboration with the Philippine Society of Baking, is hosting a baking camp for young baking enthusiasts on June 29, 2024 at the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association Inc. Research and Training Institute in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
The camp is open to all kids and preteens bakers with ages 4 to 19. Participants have the option to attend the morning session from 8 a.m. to 12 noon or the afternoon session from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., or both sessions.
The camp offers hands-on experience with baking techniques, decorating and presentation.
Attendees will learn the secrets of making cakes, cookies, pastries, freshly made pizza and pizza dough, calzones, pretzels, and more, under the guidance of a PSB master baker.
Each participant will take home an apron, cap, recipes, baking tips, and their baked products.
Course fee is P1,800 per session, P3,000 for both sessions including lunch, and P2,400 for PSB and FCBAI allied and bakery members.
A 10-percent discount applies for registrations completed by June 25, 2024.
