Mayor Toby Tiangco and Congressman John Rey Tiangco Monday led the inauguration of various facilities in Navotas and the lighting of the city’s giant Christmas tree.

Navotas formally opened the Pescador and Green Zone parks located at barangays Bangkulasi and North Bay Boulevard North (NBBN), respectively.
The city also inaugurated the NBBN Elementary School Multi-Purpose Hall.
