Recipe Rules: Blended fare

Blenders are no longer only for smoothies and other blended beverages, they are now used in the kitchen for other dishes – at least those that are high-powered and of high quality.

Australian appliances brand Breville recently introduced the latest addition to its collection of kitchen equipment, the Fresh and Furious Blender. The blender features one-touch controls, high-grade parts, and functions such as the Kinetix Blade and Bowl-Hugging System which promises fast and even blending, and its Green Smoothie Option.
