The first set of 23 modern jeeps in Albay to ply the Tabaco-Legazpi route, owned and managed by the Tabaco-Legazpi Transport Cooperative (TALETRANSCO), is presented to the public at the Tabaco City Central Terminal in Pawa, Tabaco City. LTFRB officials (inset) gave TALETRANSCO the Provisional Authority to Operate last Tuesday.
