Despite the inclement weather the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) pulled off the exhibition of hot air balloons for the annual Bañamos Festival.
Students and visitors gathered at the campus to celebrate the occasion in honor of the 409th founding anniversary of the town of Los Baños.
