More than 600 rice farmers in the municipality of Hagonoy, Davao del Sur receive their hybrid rice seed discount vouchers from the Department of Agriculture in Davao Region (DA-11) to help increase their production for the upcoming planting season. DA-11 allocated P9.16 million worth of discount vouchers covering 1,832 hectares of rice areas in Hagonoy.
