A significant step towards a more stable community was accomplished in Cotabato City, where the new Barangay Hall in Barangay Biniruan, Poblacion 9, was officially handed over to the local community.
Under the leadership of Mayor Para sa Lahat Bruce Matabalao and with the help of the BARMM Ministry of Interior and Local Government (MILG), this dream became a reality. This project symbolizes the realization of better services for Cotabateño.
The BARMM MILG officials and local government emphasized the importance of working together for community development and how they accomplished this project, despite many challenges.
The end of the ceremony served as the beginning of a new chapter for Barangay Biniruan. A chapter where transparency, efficiency, and the spirit of heroism will guide in daily work.
The construction of the new Barangay Hall is not only a success of the current administration but a success of every Cotabateño who hopes and dreams of a better future.
