The Department of Energy (DOE) expects a new round of price rollbacks across all fuel products next week to reflect the movement of prices in the world oil market.

Industry sources said that based on the four-day trading of Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS), the benchmark trading of oil importers, pump prices will go down by P0.20 to P0.40 per liter for gasoline, P0.10 to P0.35 per liter for diesel and P0.80 to P1 per liter for kerosene.

DOE director for the oil industry management bureau Rodela Romero confirmed the possible rollback in pump prices on Tuesday.
