Filminera Resources Corporation (FRC) signs a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (DENR-ERDB) to enhance the company’s capability restore and progressively rehabilitate disturbed and mined-out areas. DENR-ERDB will also extend help establishing the clonal nursery in Brgy. Puro, Aroroy, Masbate, aside from giving technical assistance in conducting Landform Function Analysis (LFA) for the rehabilitated areas, as well as for the mangrove and bamboo plantations.
