Motiva’s key features emphasize on women’s health and safety through innovative technology. The implant features a smooth-silk shell designed for optimum biocompatibility with the patient’s tissue, thus resulting in a low rate of implant-related complications, and addressing the issues found in previous breast implant generations, especially complications caused by texture implants.

The implant and Motiva’s patented cohesive silicone gel were explicitly made to prevent implant rupture, late seroma, double capsule, and other complications, and has the highest safety profile with less than 1 percent capsular contracture rate.

Also, officials reveal Motiva has zero cases of breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma to date, which, according to findings, may be linked to textured implants.

Motiva offers over 500 implant choices, in terms of size, shape, and projection, providing surgeons and patients the optimum balance of both patient safety and aesthetic satisfaction.

Aside from the aesthetic purpose of breast augmentation, breast implants are also used for breast reconstruction of breast cancer patients who have undergone mastectomy. The Philippines has the highest incidence of breast cancer among Asian countries, as three in 100 women will get breast cancer before age 75 and one out of 100 will die before reaching 75, according to an official from the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology.
