Lovely Impal allowed to leave Camp Crame

The PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Group (AIDG) has allowed suspected big-time drug supplier Lovely Impal Adam to leave Camp Crame.

Ferro says, “there is no legal basis to detain her.”

Adam surrendered to PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa on December 5, 2016.

Dela Rosa had referred to Adam as the “drug queen of the South.”

During a Senate hearing, Kerwin Espinosa had said, he and Adam are on the same level, as he described how widespread his illegal illegal drug operation was.

Espinosa had said, Adam supplied illegal drugs to suspected Visayan drug lord Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz.
