Wave Creative Group celebrates seven years of passion for communication campaigns

Wave Creative Group, a full service creative marketing agency, recently celebrated its 7th year in the industry braving toughest economic storms.

This group of older millennials, led by seven core members, have made campaigns for the biggest brand names in the Philippines like Starbucks, Adidas, NWow, and Lotte.

“At the end of the day, we value our relationship with each other and with our clients,” he said.

According to its Chief Executive Officer, Jomari Ablay, the key to the agency’s success is professionalism amid friendship.

“Respect for the craft is at the heart of our great teamwork. Sometimes, we have opposing ideas, but at the end of the day, we trust, hold each other accountable, and believe in each other’s talents,” Ablay added.

The company started operations with just the core members and has since collected more than 60 brands in its portfolio.

Today, the company has more than 30 employees and consists of various departments that cover branding, digital, public relations, photo and video production, web development, and media contents. 

“We didn’t have much when we started. We began with only our personal equipment in tow– one camera and just our laptops and talents and from there, we built strong relationships with our clients,” he said.

The company started in 2017 and has since grown into what it is today.

Ablay said, in the next seven years, Wave Creative Group aspires to make campaigns that will eventually put their names alongside the biggest agency in the industry.

“Our mission is simple: To foster brands that shape our lives. Some dream of making a ripple, but we aspire to make waves of change in the digital marketing landscape,” he said.
