Rizal’s second congressional district has a rich history dating back to the pre-colonial era. The area was home to numerous settlements and played a significant role in the Philippine Revolution. During the Spanish colonial period, it thrived as a center for commerce and trade.

However, as much as the past is significant to our communities, striving for progress and the future is equally important. Rep. Emigdio P. Tanjuatco III has led this charge in Rizal’s Second District, guiding the district towards a brighter future.

Rep. Tanjuatco III’s educational journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to public service. Growing up in a political environment has exposed Rep.
