This visionary project aims to cultivate the next generation of journalists in Central Luzon, with a particular focus on students from Pampanga and Tarlac.

The organization is currently led by Chairperson Tonette Orejas, President Noel Tulabut, and President Emeritus Max Sangil, a seasoned media figure and former director of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
