Members of the P-pop girl group BINI are taking legal steps against an unnamed entity, their lawyer said Thursday night.
Celebrity lawyer Joji Alonso shared on her Instagram Stories a portion of a complaint filed by her clients — BINI members Gwen, Aiah, Sheena, Mikha, Maloi, Jhoanna, Stacey, and Colet — against the unidentified party. Alonso did not disclose the full contents or details of the case.

Earlier, Christian “Xian” Gaza was criticized online after making remarks in a Facebook post that appeared to target one of BINI’s members. In Filipino, he wrote: “Mga Gen Z, okay lang making-kantutan as long as gumagamit kayo palage ng condom upang hindi makabuo. Lalong lalo na doon sa isang member ng BINI na sobrang palaiyot” (“Gen Z, it’s okay to have sex as long as you use condoms to avoid getting pregnant. Especially to that member of BINI who likes to have sex”).

He further claimed the member had “made it a hobby” and expressed hope she would not “follow in the footsteps” of another public figure, adding, “Sayang career.”
Gaza, who has gained a reputation as “The Pambansang Marites” on social media for his controversial remarks, has since disabled the comments section on his posts.
BINI is known for the hits “Pantropiko,” “Karera,” “Lagi,” “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi,” and “Cherry on Top.”
