Actress Janella Salvador has been named Southeast Asia’s Best Actress by the Top 10 of Asia.
In her post on Instagram, where she posed with her plaque and her gorgeous gown made by fashion designer Ryan Ablaza Uson, Salvador expressed how honored she was to receive the award.
“I have always just hoped to touch people through my art and would like to share this award with all of the hardworking people I’ve worked with on and off cam. Here’s to Philippine cinema reaching wider audiences!!!!” said Salvador in her caption.
Fellow celebrities and personalities, such as P-pop girl group BINI’s Mikha, Jyra May Agpangan, Lance Escober, and many others, took to the comments to congratulate her on the win.
Salvador received the award during the Top Asia Corporate Ball 2024 last Dec. 3 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
