Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr. expressed his excitement for the much-awaited premiere of Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis (WMP) Season 2, which aired last night on GMA.
“Here it is, finally! We’re truly excited to show Season 2 of Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis. We really did our best, lost sleep with my co-stars to deliver fun and relaxation to our viewers every Sunday,” the actor and lawmaker said.
WMP Season 2, which promises to bring twice the fun and action, stars the well-loved cast of the first season Beauty Gonzales (Gloria Reynaldo), Niño Muhlach (Style), Dennis Padilla (Major Policarpio), Max Collins (Elize), Angel Leighton (Pretty), Maey Bautista (Kapitana Candida), Carmi Martin (Tiya Lucing), Kelvin Miranda (Gary), Raphael Landicho (Kiko), and ER Ejercito (Juancho).
The new season brings a new level of thrill, showcasing a new slate of artists like Jestoni Alarcon, Ejay Falcon, Michael De Mesa, Jay Manalo, Ramon Christopher Gutierrez, Roi Vinzon, Celeste Cortesi, Herlene Budol, Liezel Lopez, Lianne Valentin, and Mika Salamanca, who will make viewers laugh out loud and be shaken out of their seats.
“I’m truly grateful to all those who binged on Season 1 of Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis last year. So, this Season 2, expect more intense situations. You’ll laugh, and be thrilled by funny, action-packed scenes. And watch for our new bunch of frenemies this season!” Revilla said.
Before the sitcom’s premiere on Sunday night, Revilla, with the entire cast of WMP Season 2, held a grand motorcade in the afternoon to invite more people to watch the premiere of the brand-new season.
The parade traversed the streets of Taguig, Muntinlupa, and San Pedro, Laguna, where people are expected to welcome the celebrities.

Meanwhile, upon learning about his new grandchild, Revilla shared his joy: “I was at the office when they called me. I was in a meeting before our session. My meeting companions were surprised because I couldn’t contain my happiness, especially when they showed me the video.”
“Another baby girl Revilla is here. I’m a grandfather again. I’m so happy for Jolo and Angel, especially since they’ve been waiting for this blessing from God for a long time. I can’t wait, and I’m excited to see and hold this latest addition to our family.”
