Former member of K-pop pop rock band Day6 Jae Park, who now goes mononymously as eaJ, has announced his return to Manila for his solo concert tour “When The Rain Stopped Following Me.”

In a post shared on his official social media pages, the singer-songwriter announced the upcoming stops of the concert tour in Asia which were Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul.

”ASIA I’M COMING BACK!! #WTRSFMTOUR,” said eaJ in his posts.

eaJ rose to fame as a member of JYP Entertainment’s Day6, which originally debuted as a six-piece band composed of Sungjin on guitars and vocals, Young K on bass and vocals, Wonpil on keyboard and vocals, Dowoon on drums, Junhyeok on keyboard and vocals, and eaJ on guitars and vocals in 2015.

Following Junhyeok’s departure in 2016, the remaining five members continued to release music as a five-piece band until the end of eaJ’s contract with JYP Entertainment in Dec 2021. Some of their popular hits include “Congratulations,” “I Loved You,” and “Zombie.” The band previously went to Manila for their “Gravity” world tour at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in 2019.

Prior to leaving the band, eaJ had been releasing solo music since 2020, which was promoted in collaboration with music production company 88rising on its official YouTube channel.

The “When The Rain Stopped Following Me” concert tour will be held on Sept. 1 at the SM North EDSA Skydome. Tickets will begin selling on July 6.
