Actor and TV host Luis Manzano had a reunion with Karel Marquez, his former co-VJ on the music channel Myx, in the latest episode of his YouTube vlog series, “Luis Listens.”
In the video, Marquez talked about how her time as a Myx VJ did not feel like work because she loved what she was doing and was passionate about music.
“To me, it wasn’t work. It was fun because I love music, so it was a bonus that I got to introduce music videos with you guys,” she told Manzano.
Marquez also shared that a part of her regretted leaving the limelight to focus on her family, as many directors and producers had told her that her career was already on the rise.
“That’s my only regret, but it’s never too late to start or go back to what I want to do,” said Marquez.
While she has yet to formally announce any upcoming projects, Marquez asked her fans for support should they see her on television.
Manzano and Marquez worked together on Myx from 2003 until Marquez left in 2007.
