The two actresses were seen hugging during the event held April 5 in Quezon City.
A video circulating online showed fellow actor Ketchup Eusebio cheering them on as the two exchanged smiles and a quick embrace.
Evangelista and Panganiban were part of the early 2000s teen series “G-mik” and were known to be close off-screen.
However, their friendship reportedly cooled over the years. In 2015, Panganiban publicly remarked that she wasn’t invited to Evangelista’s wedding, which sparked speculation of a falling-out.
Neither party directly addressed the issue at the time, and both remained silent on the state of their relationship—until the recent reunion.
