More than 10,000 fans gathered at a Laguna mall last Sunday to see stars of ABS-CBN’s hit shows Lavender Fields and Pamilya Sagrado and meet housemates from Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Gen 11 during the Bida Kapamilya event, according to the mall’s security team.
Fans lined up early, with many arriving before the mall opened, eager to secure the best spots to catch their favorite Kapamilya stars.
Jodi Sta. Maria, lead actress of Lavender Fields, thanked fans for their unwavering support.
“Napaka-sarap sa loob na makita na maraming sumusuporta… I think ito yung perfect time for us na makisalamuha sa kanila and maging pasasalamat na rin ito sa suporta na ibinibigay nila,” Sta. Maria said.
First-time event attendees from PBB Gen 11, including big winner Sofia “Fyang” Smith and former housemates JM Ibarra, Dingdong Bahan, and Patrick Ramirez, said they were overwhelmed by the turnout.
“Hindi namin ine-expect na ganito karaming katao yung sumuporta at nagmamahal sa amin,” Smith shared.
The event also featured performances from Lavender Fields teen stars Marc Santiago, Krystal Mejes, Miguel Vergara, and Jana Agoncillo, as well as the cast of Pamilya Sagrado, including Alyanna Angeles, Micaela Santos, Emilio Daez, River Joseph, Dustine Mayores, Miggs Cuaderno, Valentino Jaafar, Sean Tristan, Beaver Magtalas, Renshi de Guzman, and River Joseph.
ABS-CBN teased more Bida Kapamilya events, which bring fans closer to their favorite stars across the country.
