Adinda Puri of Indonesia was named first runner-up, while Anastasiia of Kazakhstan was the second runner-up. Isabelle of Russia and Kommal Kaur of India were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

A native of Capas, Tarlac, Tumang was handpicked as the Philippine representative in the Goa pageant by the Miss United Continents Philippines Organization, the franchise holder headed by national director Jeslyn Santos.

Tumang’s victory followed Maria Gigante’s recent win in the Universal Woman 2024 pageant in Cambodia.

Additionally, she competed in Miss World Philippines 2019 but was unplaced.

A graduate of Tourism Management at Dominican College Tarlac and holder of a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Tarlac State University, the 31-year-old statuesque, 5-foot-10 beauty, currently works as a government employee in Tarlac.
