Century Properties Group Inc. has recently topped off its third condominium building within its resort-inspired master-planned development, Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga.
CPG announced it will invest P1 billion in constructing the 27-storey Barbados Tower, which will offer 820 condominium units.
“We commenced the construction of Azure North’s first tower, Monaco, in 2018, followed by Bali in the same year. These two towers comprise a total of 1,606 units across 29 floors. The Barbados Tower will add another 820 units, with a capital expenditure of P1 billion. Together, the three towers will offer 2,426 units,” said CPG managing director Carlo R. Antonio.
Barbados Tower is scheduled for completion in 2025.
Azure North, an eight-hectare development, builds on the success of the Azure Urban Resort Residences in the South, bringing the appeal of a coastal haven to a new market. A key attraction of Azure North, the first of its kind in the North of Metro Manila, is its man-made beach with a white sand lagoon and an inviting wave pool, alongside an exclusive clubhouse. After completing the Monaco, Bali, and Barbados towers, CPG announced plans to unveil its first mid-rise residential development at Azure North. The initial mid-rise building of this upcoming project will feature 375 units plus extensive water-park amenities, adding a distinctive dimension to resort living.
