Limay Mayor Richie David announced that their family-owned Elison Hotel, located in Balanga, Bataan, is set to experience rehabilitation and redevelopment, including commercial spaces within the property.
According to David, they are considering introducing commercial units with an estimated monthly rental rate of around P14,000 each.

He described the figure as relatively affordable given current market conditions.
The mayor said the hotel will remain family-owned, preserving its legacy as part of the David clan’s business.
David added that the undertaking is also a way to continue the vision and aspirations of their late father, former Limay mayor Nelson David, who helped shape the family’s commitment to local development and enterprise.
