THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has partnered with Rizal Medical Center to provide timely and quality medical services to MMDA personnel needing medical assistance while performing their duties.
The partnership reinforces the agency’s commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of its workforce, particularly those assigned to field operations who face daily exposure to physical danger and health risks.
MMDA chairman Romando Artes emphasized that ensuring personnel welfare remains a top priority of the agency.
“Our personnel are on the frontlines every day. They manage traffic, respond to emergencies, and maintain order on our roads. It is our duty to ensure that when they encounter risks in the line of duty, they have immediate access to quality medical care,” Artes said.
