The Department of Education (DepEd) together with Rebisco Food Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance learning in public schools through the REBISCOVER Learning Program.
The partnership aims to bolster the development of curriculum-aligned learning materials, construct school buildings and canteens, and support key DepEd initiatives such as Brigada Eskwela, the School-Based Feeding Program, and the celebration of National Teachers’ Day.
The collaboration which was contracted for three school years is expected to make a lasting impact by supporting curriculum-aligned materials, building and restoring classrooms and school canteens, and contributing to key initiatives like Brigada Eskwela, the School-Based Feeding Program, and National Teachers’
DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara expressed his gratitude to the Rebisco Food Group for their continued support of the department’s mission, and hoped more private partners will follow suit in reinforcing basic education programs.
