The Armed Forces of the Philippines on Wednesday assured its support for the soldier-athletes during the courtesy visit of World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation (WEKAF) and Paris Olympics soldier-athletes in Camp Aguinaldo.
Vice Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines LtGen Arthur Cordura received the said athletes.
During the meeting, he extended his congratulations and encouragement to the athletes, recognizing their dedication and the global pride they bring to the Philippines.
The AFP said it remains committed in supporting its soldier-athletes in showcasing their talents on the global stage, as well as exemplifying the spirit of perseverance and discipline that the armed forces uphold.
