SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP) has wrapped up its three-week yearly contribution to the Department of Education’s (DepEd) Brigada Eskwela (BE) program as part of its “Bayanihan Para sa MATATAG na Paaralan” campaign, which benefits 24 schools and almost 4,000 students from Ifugao, Isabela, and Benguet.
On July 22, for the first leg of SNAP’s campaign, public schools in Benguet received painting supplies for the restoration of its facilities and one elementary school was presented with an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) workshop on Ligtas dengue.
The activities were followed by Brigada Eskwela operations for three schools in Isabela who received improvements for their respective school water systems, painting supplies, and electrical wiring for the installation of air conditioning systems.
Additionally, Ramon Central School was given 43 sacks of cement to be used in the upgrade of its reading nook.
This month, SNAP-Benguet carried on providing paint and cleaning supplies to 12 schools in Bokod, Benguet, while SNAP-Magat provided assistance and paint supplies to Sto. Domingo Elementary School in Ifugao.
