Joint operatives from the Bureau of Customs and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency seized a shipment of high-grade marijuana or kush worth more than P1.5 million at the Port of Clark, in Pampanga.
The shipment , declared as “Baby Walker,” arrived on June 10, 2024 and was put on hold after being subjected to x-ray scanning and K9 sniffing.
“Physical examination led to the discovery of jog bags containing dried leaves and fruiting tops suspected to be high-grade marijuana or kush,” Port of Clark District Collector Erastus Sandino Austria said. Vito Barcelo
He said samples of the confiscated shipment were then taken and turned over to PDEA for chemical laboratory analysis, which confirmed that the said substances were indeed marijuana.
