Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is officially opening the latest version of the HR-V, now available in Hybrid, to the PH market. Happening at the SM North EDSA The Block Atrium, the launch shall magnify the vehicle’s “There’s More to Life” philosophy, focusing on enhanced driving performance, premium interior, and smarter safety technology.
The New HR-V introduces a 1.5 e:HEV engine, delivering a combined output of 237PS and 380Nm of torque. The hybrid system boasts an estimated fuel consumption of 23km/L. For the S and V variants, a 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC engine is available.
Exterior enhancements include a sporty chrome mesh grille and bumper for the RS e:HEV variant, hands-free tailgate assist, Lane Watch, auto rain-sensing wipers, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the HR-V features ULT seats, dual-zone automatic air conditioning (RS e:HEV), wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a wireless charger (V and RS e:HEV).
All variants are equipped with Honda SENSING, featuring improved cameras and safety features like Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), and Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS). The HR-V also introduces 20GEN Honda CONNECT, allowing remote vehicle control and monitoring via a mobile app.
Available in three variants – S CVT (PHP 1,450,000), V CVT (PHP 1,519,000), and RS e:HEV E-CVT (PHP 1,799,000) – the New HR-V comes in six colors, including the new Sand Khaki Pearl.
With deliveries rolling out this month, interested customers may now visit any Honda Cars dealerships to reserve, or visit the SM North EDSA The Block Atrium today to see it up close and personal. A follow up event shall also take place in Festival Mall, Alabang on March 14-16.
