NUSTAR unveils revamped rewards program with new card tiers, app features

NUSTAR Resort Cebu has introduced a revamped design for its NUSTAR Rewards cards at a themed event that included interactive exhibits and performances.

The event, held at the resort’s ballroom, showcased immersive LED installations and 360-degree graphics inspired by a “universe” concept. Guests were welcomed with photo opportunities featuring the NUSTAR facade and a dramatic card reveal accompanied by live narration and runway appearances by body-painted models.

The evening also included performances by DJ Divine Maitland-Smith and featured an array of refreshments, combining entertainment and culinary offerings in the luxury setting.

The new card tiers—Star, Sky, Sun, Zodiac, and Universe—replace the previous Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP Elite levels. The updated program emphasizes personalized experiences and expanded privileges, including points-earning rates, dining and retail offers, and exclusive birthday rewards.
