A scenic place for modern flavors around the world

Travelers often explore different parts of the world to immerse themselves in the unique cultures of foreign countries. Regardless of their destination, one thing they consistently do is try the various dishes that local cuisine has to offer. While booking a flight to another country to sample its food isn’t always feasible, there is a way to enjoy these delicacies without leaving the country.

One of the many dining options at Lanson Place Manila, Cyan Modern Kitchen offers an all-day dining experience featuring a compact buffet of international flavors with a modern twist.

The restaurant also offers a wide range of Indian cuisine like ‘papadum’

Located on the third floor of the serviced residences and hotel, Cyan Modern Kitchen offers guests a tantalizing culinary experience. They can enjoy their meals in the restaurant’s relaxing ambiance while looking out over Manila Bay.

Unlike other restaurants, which offer a wide variety of local and international dishes, which some may find overwhelming, Cyan Modern Kitchen takes a different approach by highlighting a specific type of cuisine each day. This strategy helps prevent guests from feeling overwhelmed by a large selection of dishes and reduces food waste in their operations.

With a rotating selection of one hundred dishes in its ever-changing buffet, guests can enjoy a variety of viands that remain true to their country of origin. As the dishes are laid out for easy selection, guests can also observe how each is prepared and cooked by the restaurant’s chefs, led by Executive Chef Kristine Oro.

A few dishes from their Asian selection include the steamed seabass, beef with pepper sauce, yangnyeom chicken, seafood fried rice, fried shrimp kutchay, laksa, cochinillo, and tteokbokki. On weekends, guests will be able to enjoy the flavorful dishes from the Indian cuisine which will keep them coming back for more such as vegetable samosa, papadum, chicken tikka, biryani rice, dal palak, rara gosht, and fish moilee.

While some cuisines may not appeal to certain guests, they can call the restaurant ahead to inquire about the dishes being served that day and even request a specific dish, even if it is not currently on the menu. In addition to its rotating buffet, the restaurant also features a pop-up bar that offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
